NW-Sales Manager--Physician Call point

They are a leader in molecular diagnostics, They develop, manufacture and market proprietary DNA and RNA tests focused on cancers and infectious diseases. They have a physician sales force and a laboratory sales force.
This position is in the physician sales force. They market and sell worldwide and have been in business in 40 countries outside of the US. The right person has a BS, strong molecular sales experience, strong capital equipment sales experience in the clinical laboratory, and 2-5 years of experienced leadership roles. The position requires the ability To: 1. Coordinate and implement business strategies through a sales team of 7-8 direct reports to achieve the Regional sales quota , market share and branding. 2. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, developing, motivating, and coaching the Regional team of sales representatives. 3. Assist in the negotiation of new and renewal contracts where appropriate. 4. Implement management processes that ensure consistent, timely and successful execution of the sales strategies and objectives. 5. Effectively communicate competitive information and market information on a timely basis. 6. Manage Regional expenses within guidelines Please submit your resume for consideration immediately.
