Outside Sales: Personal ethic: integrity, service and team support. 1-2 years sales consultative sales experience, which includes formal sales training on standard solution/consultative sales process. Communication (written and spoken), interpersonal skills, and carry a core principal of positive work Lab experience Technical skills / knowledge base include: Ability to quickly interpret metrics and other customer analytics and derive action plan from same. Familiarity with company products or market segment, i.e. health, wellness, esoteric lab services. Experience with sales automation and case management software, e.g. Salesforce.com Heavy use of Information Technology, e.g. Microsoft Office, multiple in-house applications that require intuitive learning of custom programs. Adjectives that describe successful candidate: Numbers driven, competitive, pioneer, self-starter, intellectual, fast learner, well spoken, listens intently. Professional background in life sciences, particularly health care, pharma, wellness, etc. Bachelors degree preferably in life sciences. Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to read medical literature in a discerning fashion. Candidates should exhibit a passion and sincere interest in wellness and optimal health Compensation Base salary range is $50,000 with a $20K bonus @ plan plus additional uncapped earning on new business over plan.
