Job Description:
Laboratory Sales Representative Our Client develops and manufactures instruments that automate the workflows used with microarray-based diagnostic tests and in genome research. The Company offers a complete suite of instruments that prepare samples and incubate and process microarrays to provide high quality data reliable test results You will sell instruments into molecular cytogenetics laboratories located in health care facilities and private diagnostic companies as well as to DNA research laboratories located in educational and government institutions. Job Functions: * Organize and conduct product presentations and demonstations to new customers. * Strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing high level sales support. * Provide feedback to the Company to help quide new product development. Job Requirements: * Previous sales experience (2 yrs +) successful, selling laboratory automation equipment. * 2 yrs + hands on experience performing microarray based assays. * 2 yrs+ working in a DNA research or cytogenetics laboratory. * Strong communication and people skills are a must. * Good multi-talker/time management skills Education: BS/MS degree in a life science discipline
