PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY: Disassembles malfunctioning instruments and examines and tests mechanisms and circuitry for defects. Replaces or repairs defective parts. Reassembles instrument and tests assembly for conformance to specifications.. Inspects instruments and test equipment periodically and adjusts calibration to ensure functioning within specified standards.. Calibrates instruments or test equipment according to established standards..Repair of instrumentation at the customer's site. Train customers on instrumentation..Frequent travel required, mainly in own territory, but may be required to travel throughout the US on a short noti
