Sometimes companies hire outside recruiters as consultants assigned to conduct candidate interviews for jobs in clinical sales, health care sales, pharma device sales, pathology sales, medical diagnostics sales, pathology revenue, or laboratory sales. Understandably, those interview situations make candidates a little more nervous….but I have a position interview strategy for you to handle this situation. To successfully navigate a 3rd party interview, you got to uncover the goals of the interviewer.
